What happens?
- We record the request and send verification instructions to an available contact method associated with the account.
- After verification, access and session tokens are revoked, and profile data, addresses, favourites and notification tokens are deleted or anonymised.
- We process the request within 30 days. If a lawful extension is needed, we will tell you why and the additional period.
What may be retained?
Order, invoice, payment, dispute and anti-fraud records may remain for periods required by Saudi law. Their use is restricted to those purposes, and they are deleted or anonymised when the period ends. Deletion does not cancel an active order, amount due or legal claim.
Before submitting
Save any information you need and complete active orders or contact support. Deletion is permanent and account history cannot be restored afterward.
